Creating Filters for ADD and ADHD

People with ADD and ADHD have a difficult time creating and using filters. Examples of this include saying or doing the wrong thing at the wrong time or giving way too much information. Recognizing this concern is a huge first step in decreasing self-sabotaging behaviors. The more you learn about creating and implementing filters, the more you can address this concern.
